Healthy U Whole Wheat Saskatoon Muffins
Ingredients: Preheat oven to 375 F. In bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In separate bowl, combine egg whites, canola oil, skim milk and vanilla. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Stir in saskatoons. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and stir only until well moistened. Fill 12 greased or paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 375 F for 16 minutes or until evenly browned. Serves: 12
